You can relax on the tri-fold sofa and the theater seats while watching your shows on the 50″ Smart LED HDTV with fully digital HDMI output and JBL home entertainment system with subwoofer plus there is a fireplace below. Dine at the free standing table without a pedestal and includes a leaf, two free standing chairs and two folding chairs, or you can work from here. The front master bedroom offers a queen bed slide, a walk-in closet with hamper and prepped space for a washer/dryer option, and a flip-top dresser with 32″ TV.
